From Outside Houston

From the North: If you are approaching Houston on either I-45 or US 59 from the north, exit on FM 1960 and turn right. Approximately 6 miles west of I-45, FM 1960 will intersect with Champion Forest Drive (traffic signal). Turn right on Champion Forest Drive. Proceed to the second traffic signal and turn left on Bermuda Dunes. JWUMC is on the right in the second block.

US 290: If you are approaching Houston on US 290 from the west, exit on FM 1960 and turn left. Stay on FM 1960. Approximately 3 miles past Hwy 249, look for the intersection of FM 1960 and Paradise Valley (traffic signal). Turn left on Paradise Valley and proceed through the residential area approximately 5 blocks. JWUMC is located at the intersection of Paradise Valley and Bermuda Dunes (4-way stop).

 I-10 W: If you are approaching Houston on I-10 from the west, take the north exit on the Sam Houston Toll Road. Exit the toll road at Hwy 249 (also called Tomball Parkway) and turn left. Take Hwy 249 to FM 1960 (you may use either the freeway or the access road) and turn right on FM 1960. After approximately 3 miles, look for the intersection of FM 1960 and Paradise Valley (traffic signal). Turn left on Paradise Valley and proceed through the residential area approximately 5 blocks. JWUMC is located at the intersection of Paradise Valley and Bermuda Dunes (4-way stop).

 US 59 S: If you are approaching Houston from the southwest on US 59, exit to the Sam Houston Toll Road and go north. You will pass through toll plazas at I-10 and US 290. Exit the toll road at Hwy 249 (also called Tomball Parkway) and turn left. Take Hwy 249 to FM 1960 (you may use either the freeway or the access road) and turn right on FM 1960. SE Houston/Galveston Area: If you are approaching Houston from the SE, take I-45 N all the way through town until you reach the exit for FM 1960 (approximately 10 miles north of Loop 610 N). Turn left on 1960 and proceed approximately 6 miles until you come to the intersection of FM 1960 and Champion Forest Drive (traffic signal). Turn right on Champion Forest Drive. Proceed to the second traffic signal and turn left on Bermuda Dunes. JWUMC is on the right in the second block.

Baytown Area & Beyond: If you are approaching Houston from the Baytown area or beyond, take I-10 west until you reach Beltway 8/Sam Houston Toll Road. Exit I-10 and travel north on the Beltway/Toll Road. You will pass US 59 and I-45. Exit the Toll Road at Hwy 249 and turn right. You may use either the freeway or stay on the access road to reach FM 1960. Turn right on FM 1960 and proceed approximately 3 miles until you come to the intersection of FM 1960 and Paradise Valley (traffic signal). Turn left on Paradise Valley and proceed through the residential area approximately 5 blocks. JWUMC is located at the intersection of Paradise Valley and Bermuda Dunes (4-way stop).

From Inside Houston

If you are already in north or northwest Houston, you may take either I-45 or Hwy 249 north to the FM 1960 exit.

I-45: If you use I-45, turn left on 1960 and proceed approximately 6 miles until you come to the intersection of FM 1960 and Champion Forest Drive (traffic signal). Turn right on Champion Forest Drive. Proceed to the second traffic signal and turn left on Bermuda Dunes. JWUMC is on the right in the second block.

Hwy 249: If you use Hwy 249, turn right on FM 1960 and proceed approximately 3 miles until you come to the intersection of FM 1960 and Paradise Valley (traffic signal). Turn left on Paradise Valley and proceed through the residential area approximately 5 blocks. JWUMC is located at the intersection of Paradise Valley and Bermuda Dunes (4-way stop).

If you are south of downtown but inside the loop, take your most convenient route to I-45. Then take I-45 north to the FM 1960 exit. Turn left on 1960 and proceed approximately 6 miles until you come to the intersection of FM 1960 and Champion Forest Drive (traffic signal). Turn right on Champion Forest Drive. Proceed to the second traffic signal and turn left on Bermuda Dunes. JWUMC is on the right in the second block.

If you are in northeast or east Houston, take your most convenient route to I-45. Then take I-45 north to the FM 1960 exit. Turn left on 1960 and proceed approximately 6 miles until you come to the intersection of FM 1960 and Champion Forest Drive (traffic signal). Turn right on Champion Forest Drive.
