Fine Arts Academy

johnwesleyfineartsThe John Wesley Fine Arts Academy offers:

Private instruction for children and adults from highly qualified instructors in the areas of piano, voice, guitar, flute, strings, clarinet, organ, and harp.

The Fine Arts Academy also offers private instruction in acting/coaching. Does your child want to learn to act and perform on a stage? Is your child planning to take Theater Arts in Middle School and participate in the acting competitions? Well, here is your chance to provide your child with an introduction to what the answer to the above questions will involve. Thirty minute private lessons will be offered one a week.

Tutoring for all grade levels in math, reading, and English are offered.

"Good Manners are Forever" Etiquette Classes are offered throughout the year for children in grades 1 through 6. The course is taught by Phil Hooper, Director of Music & Fine Arts at John Wesley UMC and Certified Instructor of the Etiquette Institute. Classes are on Thursdays from 5 to 6 p.m. depending on grade level. The course consists of four, 1-hour classes and a dining tutorial. Fee for the course is $200 per child and includes all materials and expenses. Students will also receive a copy of Manners A to Z.
