ENROLLMENT: We accept children ages infant through eleven years for enrollment into our Parents' Night Out Program. The children are initially assigned to a class according to age. Groupings are flexible and a child may be moved from one group to another to meet special needs.

REGISTRATION: A registration fee of $10 and a supply fee of $5 per family is due at registration. Thereafter, a supply fee of $5 per child is due yearly. Payment is expected weekly at check-in. Weekly participation costs:

$15 for 1st child

$10 for each additional child

APPLICATION: A completed application form, emergency medical release form, and current record of immunizations (required by the State of Texas) must be on file in our office before a child can participate in the program. Please fill out ALL information on the application. Your child will be released only to the persons listed on your form. Any restrictions should be noted on this form at the time of registration.

WEEKLY RESERVATIONS REQUIRED: Once you've completed the application, covered the fees, and turned in your paperwork, you are considered to be enrolled in the Parents' Night Out Program. In order for us to maintain an adequate staff and to provide the best environment for our children, you must confirm participation weekly. You must call in weekly by 12:00 p.m. Thursday to reserve your space for that week's activities. Reservations are taken on a first-come basis. Please remember that enrollment does not guarantee space for any given Friday Night's activities. Call in recorded reservations to 281-444-2112. All reservations are taken through this number ONLY. Please leave the following information: your name, number of children, ages of children, and your phone number.

ATTENDANCE: If our program for any given day is full, we will have a waiting list and contact you if an opening becomes available. If you make a reservation and are unable to attend the activities for that week, please CANCEL BY NOON ON THURSDAY. If you are a "no show" or have not cancelled your reservation by noon on Thursday, the weekly participation cost for that night will be added to your participation fees the next time you use the program.

SICK POLICY: Please keep your children at home during the infectious stage of an illness. Your child should be free of fever or diarrhea for 24 hours. We do not have sufficient staff to isolate sick children. Parents will be called to pick up children who run fever or become ill during the course of the evening.

ARRIVAL/CHECK-IN SECURITY: Parents and children may enter and exit the Education Building only through the double doors by the playground. Parents bringing medication for their child are asked to fill out a medication form at the sign-in desk. Should a child become ill while in our care, we will make every effort to contact the parents. If we are unable to reach the parents, we will contact the persons listed on the child's application form.

WHAT TO BRING: Younger children, bring (a) 5 or 6 disposable diapers for those not potty-trained (b) milk, formula, and/or juice in plastic bottles for infants (c) a change of outer clothing (d) a light blanket, towel, sleeping bag, or rest mat for quiet time at the end of our evening. Please make sure these items are labeled with first and last names.
