"IT’S FUN TO BE A KID AT JOHN WESLEY"

SUNDAY SCHOOL- 2 years through Grade 5 - 9:45 to 10:45 a.m.

Classes are designed with hands-on centers that teachers have created to make learning more fun and interesting. Games, drama, art, and opportunities for mission are all a part of children's Sunday School. All classes have the same basic theme. Each age level will approach the themes with different emphasis. During the summer, grades Kindergarten through Fifth grade participate in a special rotational schedule. Click here for the summer class schedule.

THIRD GRADE BIBLE ZONE - Third graders are presented with Bibles from our church. It is a significant time for the congregation to celebrate this step in the faith journey of our children and with God. Throughout the school year, the third grade class will be an active "Bible Zone" as they explore and learn ways to use the Bible.

MISSIONS

Children of all ages participate in various Mission projects throughout the year. Hands–on opportunities include assembling personal health kits for hurricane victims and collecting food items for area kitchen pantries. Global mission work is also encouraged through support of Heifer International and other worldwide charities.
